Every project left a trail. Here’s mine.
The one holding the ledger.
I want to build something that outlasts me. I’ve learned it usually starts with a dream — the dream to be someone willing to count. So far, that’s been me for an autism initiative, a school musical and a reforestation campaign.
Different causes, same realization. This site is about what it was.

Who I am
Hi, I’m Tran Phan Duc, an IB Diploma student at The Olympia School in Hanoi. Every initiative starts as a dream and action and, for me, in a spreadsheet: a budget, a survey dataset, a supplier list. It ends up being about people, and about what stays behind.
How I work
Pick a key to open a chest. Tap the card to turn it over.
I take the job nobody fights over.
Behind every rescued project is someone who read the fine print.
I check the numbers twice.
Give me a budget and I’ll show you who it’s really for.
I’d rather build something that lasts.
Every idea on my screen has a face behind it.
I learn it, then I teach it.
Curiosity without transmission is just self-satisfaction.
I stay until the numbers make sense.
Starting is easy. Staying until the numbers make sense is the real work.
What I’m curious about
Why do we spend the way we do before we’ve earned a thing?
Who do financial systems leave behind — and who says it has to stay that way?
What drives a generation’s money decisions before anyone’s taught us how?

The thread
Looking back, the pattern is simple: I usually start with the numbers, and they usually lead me to people. The map shows how that happened, one stop at a time.
So what do an autism initiative, a school musical and a reforestation project have in common? Here’s the map.
